3. Operating

a. Parts Description:

a.1 Indicator: Part(5) is status indicator. Blue light is a photo mode indicator; Red light is video model indicator.

a.2 Switch Description: Part (7) is Mode switch for the change between the “Shooting recording” and “Sound recording” functions. Direction “A” is “Audio” mode, Direction “V” is “Shooting” mode.

a.3 Button(1): Touch the button to turn on, turn off, start,stop, video recording, photo, sound recording.

a.4 Socket: USB socket (8) is used to connect computer or charger. It is the interface for data transfer and charging.

a.5 Microphone and camera: Microphone (3) is used to get the sound signal ;Camera(2) is used to get the image signal.

a.6 Reset: If the video recorder stops responding, please use the suitable non-metallic tool to push the reset button(4).

a.7 Ball-point Pen: Part(6) use for writing.

b. ON/OFF: Press the button for 1 second to turn on the device. The device enters into the shooting mode or the sound recording mode. Then the mode indicator is on. In any status, press the button for 4 seconds, all lights will be turned off. The video recorder will automatically save the current file and shutdown.

c. Mode change: Change the mode switch and press the button, the product will enters the different function, The methods as follows:
3.1 Photo function: The photo function indicator is blue light, To access this function, you should put the mode switch to "V" position, the device enters into the standby status. Now the blue light is on. You can taking photo at any time; If the mode switch is in the "V "position, but the red light flash or keep on, it means that the device is in the video function, need to press button 2 seconds and exit the video function.
3.2 Video function: In the video function, there are two status, the red indicator keep light on standby status and flash on recording status, To access this function, you should put the switch mode button to "V" position, then press button 2 seconds to enter the function, after release the button, the blue light is off, the red light keeps light. To exit from the video function, you can directly change the mode switch or press the button for 2 seconds.

d. Take photo: In the photo-taking function, the device enters into the standby status for photo-taking. Now the blue light is on. Press the button (1). The red light flashes one time to complete the photo taking and image saving. Then it returns to the standby status.
Note: Make sure there is adequate light in the surrounding and the camera is not blocked by other items. Keep the camera upright and stable. And the object should be more than 50cm from the camera.

e. Record video: In the video function, the device enters into the standby status.Now the red light is on. Press the button (1) for short time to start the video recording. The red light flashes slowly. Pressing the button for short time again to stop recording and save the file. Afterward the red light returns to ON mode; In order to ensure the safety and the size of the file, the system will automatically save file every 50 minutes once, and continue the video recording.
Note: In order to ensure good sound effect of recording, do not block the microphone hole. The other operation notes are as same as Point d.

f. Record sound: In the audio function, the device enters into the standby status.Now the red and the blue light are on. Press the button for short time to start the sound recording. The blue light flashes slowly. Pressing the button for short time again to stop recording and save the file. Afterward the blue light returns to ON mode.
